Yes. CPAP devices are classified as therapeutic goods in Australia, so we need a valid prescription or a copy of your sleep study before we can ship a machine. Masks, tubing and accessories can be purchased without one.

Standard delivery is free on all orders over $199. Below that it is a flat $12.95 anywhere in Australia. Express options are available at checkout.

Orders placed before 2pm ACST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Metro deliveries typically arrive in 2–4 business days, regional in 4–7.

If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your device, simply return it within 100 days of purchase for a refund. The device must be in working order and returned with its accessories.

Absolutely. Every device purchase includes a telehealth consultation with one of our clinicians, plus lifetime access to our video guides and phone support.

Mask fit is the most common reason people struggle with therapy, and it is almost always solvable. Contact us within 30 days and we will work through sizing and adjustment with you, or swap the cushion size at no charge.

As a general guide: cushions every 1–3 months, full mask every 6–12 months, tubing every 6–12 months, and filters every 4 weeks. Replacing consumables on schedule keeps your device performing at its best.

Distilled water only. Tap water leaves mineral deposits that shorten the life of the chamber and can affect air quality.

Rinse the cushion daily in warm soapy water, wash the headgear and tubing weekly, and empty and dry the humidifier chamber every morning. Avoid harsh detergents and never put components in the dishwasher.
